Terms & Conditions — the rules of the engagement.

The terms that govern your use of zhenyyet.com and our professional services. Specific engagements may be subject to an additional Statement of Work.

·Effective 01 May 2026/ZhenyYET FZE — Dubai, UAE

These Terms set out the basic ground rules for working with ZhenyYET — what we promise, what we expect from you, and how we resolve disagreements when they happen. We have written them in the clearest language we could, but they are still a binding agreement; please read carefully.

/ 01

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing zhenyyet.com or engaging ZhenyYET FZE for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the website or contracting our services. Specific engagements may be governed by an additional Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

/ 02

Scope of services

ZhenyYET provides cybersecurity, brand protection and anti-piracy services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing of any engagement are defined in a written proposal or Statement of Work signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any engagement that, in our reasonable judgement, would conflict with applicable law, professional ethics or the safety of personnel.

/ 03

Acceptable use of the website

You may browse zhenyyet.com for lawful informational purposes. You agree not to (i) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure; (ii) interfere with the availability of the website; (iii) use automated systems to extract content beyond standard search engine indexing; or (iv) reproduce, redistribute or commercialise our content without prior written consent.

Authorised security research is welcome under a coordinated disclosure programme; please contact [email protected] before testing.

/ 04

Intellectual property

All content on zhenyyet.com — including text, graphics, the ZhenyYET name, logo and visual identity — is owned by ZhenyYET FZE or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other laws. Limited quotations for editorial purposes are permitted with attribution.

For client engagements, intellectual property arrangements are defined in the relevant Statement of Work. As a default, clients receive a perpetual licence to deliverables created specifically for them, while ZhenyYET retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks and methodologies.

/ 05

Fees, invoicing and taxes

Engagement fees are stated in the applicable proposal and are exclusive of VAT, withholding tax and any third-party costs (such as third-party platforms or external counsel) unless explicitly noted. Invoices are issued in AED or USD and are payable within thirty (30) days of issuance.

Late payment may incur interest at the lower of (a) 1% per month or (b) the maximum rate permitted by UAE law. Persistent non-payment is grounds for suspension of services after a written notice and a reasonable cure period.

/ 06

Confidentiality and conflict of interest

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Information shared during proposals, engagements and post-engagement follow-ups is protected by mutual non-disclosure obligations, whether or not a separate NDA is in place.

We screen new opportunities for conflicts of interest with active engagements. Where a conflict is identified, we will disclose it and decline the engagement, or implement information barriers acceptable to all parties.

/ 07

Warranties and limitation of liability

Services are delivered on a "best-efforts" basis using qualified personnel and industry-standard methodologies. We do not warrant that any system will become impervious to all attacks, nor that any takedown or remediation will be permanent in environments outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under any engagement is capped at the fees actually paid to ZhenyYET in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

/ 08

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through senior-level negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, except where binding arbitration is agreed in a specific Statement of Work.
